Tips Hilangkan Batuk & Kahak Untuk Bayi dan Kanak-Kanak

Selalunya masalah ni terjadi pada anak-anak yang berumur 3 tahun ke bawah. Parents mesti sangat risau dan kesian lebih-lebih lagi kalau anak itu dihantar ke pusat asuhan/nursery.

Dari pengalaman saya, anak-anak saya hampir setiap minggu memang akan batuk, selsema, hidung sumbat. Kesian sangat sampai sanggup saya sedut mucus tu keluar. Bendalah untuk sedut  hingus tu pun ada, turun temurun dari si kakaknya. Kalau teruk mmg separuh penuh botol ni. :P

Bawa pergi klinik, tak payah cakap la. Memang dah tahu doc nak bagi ubat apa. beratur je ubat lam fridge. Kat bawah ni nak kongsi natural remedy. So taklah bergantung sangat dengan drugs.

So, kalau ada anak kecil ni, make sure, kat rumah sentiasa ada madu asli, minyak olive, minyak habbatus sawda. Benda-benda ni sangatlah berguna. And as muslim, pakai ni dapat pahala tau sebab ni semua adalah sunnah nabi.

Anak 1 - 3 tahun:

1. Campurkan sedikit madu dan minyak habatus sauda, dan bagi pada waktu pagi dan malam sebelum tidur. (2 titik minyak dah cukup)
2. Beri air suam campur dengan lemon dan madu (membantu melonggarkan kahak)
3. Buka shower air panas, dan duduk di dalam bilik air tu. Lagi ok kalau letakkan vicks dalam baldi berisi air panas dan biar ia meruap. Sama-samala sedut wap panas + vicks tu untuk melonggarkan kahak.

Anak 1 tahun ke bawah:

1. Guna teknik percussion atau bawang putih untuk longgarkan kahak. Teknik rujuk kat link atas. (bawang putih tu kena hati-hati sebab dia panas)
2. Urut baby dengan olive oil dan campure sikit dengan minyak habatus sawda.
3. Emaknya, selalulah minum madu dan minyak habatus sawda dan kerapkan bagi susu ibu pada baby, dan doa semoga kebaikkan madu dan habatus sawda tu dapat sampai kepada baby.

Bagi bayi bawah 1 tahun, jika ini berlaku, teruslah bawak anak ke klinik:

• demam dan selsema tak baik-baik setelah 5 hari.
• batuk dan selsema menyebabkan anak tak aktif dan sukar bernafas
• batuk dan selsema dan suhu demam melebihi 38 darjah (umur 6 bulan ke bawah)
• batuk dan selsema dan suhu demam melebihi 39 darjah (umur 1 tahun  ke bawah)
• batuk dan selsema dengan hingus/kahak berwarna hijau/kuning

Saya percaya ramai yang tahu insurans tu apa, tapi tak ramai yang benar-benar mengkaji apa kelebihan dan apa kekurangan bagi sesebuah insurans.

Big Fish Moment with Pizza Hut

It was a dark stormy rainy night. A typical workday for me & my family. Coming back home around 7pm & feeling very hungry. And since we had no energy to cook for dinner, we decided to go to the nearest pizza hut which was in giant kinrara, puchong.

We have been watching several advertisements of pizza hut's latest pizza sensation called fish king, so we decided to give it a try. You can say that the power of media reeled us in, exactly as the ad 'Umpan dah kena, jom makan bersama'.

Family Vacation at Pengkalan Balak/Tanjung Bidara - Melaka

Last week was a very enjoyable weekend where we went to Melaka, sun bathing at Tanjung Bidara. about 2 hours drive from KL to Tanjung Bidara where we have no idea where's the location is. Hahaha, luckily we did some homework ( google map and search for direction) and of cos have to follow the signboard.

Most probably people would never heard of pengkalan balak, but mention the name tanjung bidara will certainly ring a bell to most of us. Actually pengkalan balak & tanjung bidara share the same beach, they were next to each other. The chalet we stayed in was called Asyraf Chalet & we rented the place at RM85/night for basic necessities such as a queen bed, air-cond & shower.

Family Riang Ria

Yes, this is the Don's family. The cat is yet to adopt (see, it is as big as Anis), erm maybe if Anis says that she wants 1, then we will find 1 for her with condition must-ask-wifey. Ahah, This stick figure family banner is so cute right, though none of us are skinny like that. Bahahhaha.

P/s:  Wifey already have 3 giraffes at home. She said that are her pets and hope i can buy few more for her. Should be ok since dont have to feed them and they won't pee and poo at home. They are the "colorful-kayu-giraffe" placed in front of our TV ( oh why you put them there? they always blocked my view la dear). Anis also like this "pet", sometimes we can use this "colorful-kayu-giraffe" to distract her attention when giving her medicine (other useful things are remote control and wet tissue bottle). So useful isn't it?

Movie : The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day

Get to know this movie for quite some time, but only recently got the time to watch it. I didnt watch the first part (perhaps soon), but this movie is action-packed with some comedy thrown it.

Its a story of a father & his 2 sons who are religious by protecting their religion (Christianity) & all thats good in it. This movie is set few years after the first part & all 3 of them went into hiding. Only after a priest is killed with their trademark signature (after killing a bad guy, the saints put 2 coins on both their eyes) & framed them for the killing do the family came out of hiding & back into the criminal world.

Movie Review:

I watched this movie for the first time back when I was in uni ~2001 when it first came out. It was actually a 10-part miniseries set in World War 2. Back then i didn't really indulge in the movie, but i do know that it was damn good. It was based on real-life stories of Easy Company.

So here I was, watching it again after 9 years. Seems like it didn't aged at all. Still relevant to modern-day effects. The most recognizable face has to be David Schwimmer aka Ross from Friends fame. The series started with the 'yankees' going thru their grueling training before being sent to Europe to join the world against Hitler's Nazi.
